Event Rider Masters NOT returning to Barbury

Event Rider Masters (ERM) - the international eventing competition - will not be returning to Barbury in 2020.

Founded in 2016, ERM staged one leg of their annual contest at Barbury for three years - and in 2018 they also ran the Barbury International Horse Trials.  This year they dropped Barbury in favour of another continental fixture.

For 2020 they have had to drop the popular German location from their programme - and have replaced it with an opening contest at Burnham Market in Norfolk.

Their 2020  programme is:
Leg 1: Burnham Market, Norfolk - 10/11 April.
Leg 2: Chatsworth International - 10/11 May.
Leg 3: Arville, Belgium - 27/28 June.
Leg 4: Haras de Jardy, near Paris - 11/12 July
Leg 5: Millstreet International, County Cork - 28/29 August.
Finale: Lignières en Berry, France - 10/11 October.
